TJ Weyls

TJ Weyls represents privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide array of business transactions and commercial litigation. His practice includes commercial transactions; business planning, governance and litigation; real estate development, finance, leasing, and real estate litigation; and construction law.

In his real estate practice, TJ was recognized by his colleagues as a Rising Star in the Ohio Super Lawyers magazine for 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2007. His clients often call on him to act not only as their lawyer but also in a general advisory capacity by combining his MBA and legal skills, whether to assist them in exploring new opportunities or in solving problems that require deeper analysis and specific knowledge about their particular business or industry.

TJ was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1998. He is also admitted to the US District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, as well as Northern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts. TJ is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D., 1998), Case Western Reserve University-Weatherhead School of Management (M.B.A., 1998) and Kent State University (B.A., 1994).
